      Pros

      Company provides everything technicians need for growth and success.

      Cons

      Pay is based on industry "averages" Top tier technicians are paid the same as the poorest performers and sometimes paid less. It all depends on how the technician negotiated the starting payroll during the hiring process.

      Pros

      Co-workers are typically well versed and proficient in the subject matters. Engineering and design are typically very well done. Compensation is mostly fair. Benefits are fairly priced.

      Cons

      PM's are the sole point of accountability for project success or failure, even when outside parties(techs/subs/GC's/EC's) and events cannot be mitigated by the PM to maintain project and revenue forecast trajectory. Cohesiveness and teamwork between teams can be better. Intra-team support is lacking sometimes and finger pointing and blaming vs. issue resolution happens too frequently and doesn't held drive project closure. Need improved PTO policy and allotments
