I had a few cool coworkers from other regions

Cons

Poor management and low morale among lower level positions. Everyone in a rush to want things done but not given adequate resources to complete tasks. A ton of overtime expected as a working minimum. Often worked 9-10 hour days and some 12 hour days at month end.

Cons

General Organization after the acquisition. They care very little about smaller customers. Did I mention the organization? Service and Install can no longer communicate with one another.
