great leadership, clear business plan, AppSec products are the best in the industry and our consultants are even better. just an outstanding place to be in a hot industry.

Cons

Nothing to list here. There are really no negatives that I could list here. communication from top down and bottom up is clear. your opinions matter.

Pros

It has a lot going for it. Not only does it have some of the smartest folks I've ever met, but it's a great working culture. There's no vacation policy so if folks are tired they can take off and recharge when they need too. The money is good, the benefits are great and everyone seems genuinely happy to be there doing their thing.

Cons

Folks are spread out all over the country so the office, at least the HQ in Wilmington, can feel a bit ghost townish. The sales folks are all out beating the bushes and senior management are out promoting the firm and participating in the industry. Some folks like it a lot because its quiet. I find it a little too quiet sometimes, I like the hustle and bustle of a busy place and interacting with people more than working alone. Just say'in.
