Pros

Excellent customer base. A place to constantly learn. A place that gives its employees complete freedom. I work with experts in the field. This place eats, sleeps, and breathes computer security.

Cons

Consulting can get a bit lonely, jumping from company to company every other week.

Pros

Transparency, integrity, and commitment to customer satisfaction rate highest for me. The company commits to creating a great work environment for its employees, listens to feedback openly, and makes adjustments where things aren't working -- from the top down. Excellent culture and there really are "no jerks" which is one of the company's objectives.

Cons

I could make more money at another company, but the work-life-pay balance I get at SI, coupled with the flexibility to work where/when I want pushes SI well over the top. So long as you get your job done here, and you're accountable to do so, you have a lot of leeway.

Pros

Amazing company culture! Highly competitive salary and benefits. Incredibly transparent, which is huge for developing trust between management and employees. Tons of room for growth!

Cons

Really none that I can think of. It's hard to think of any cons at all. I feel lucky to work here.
