Pros

Paid medical insurance. Sundays off.

Cons

Micro Managing. You don't get paid enough for all you do and put up with. They have seriously turned into a bank, SALES SALES SALES! They push you to do stuff you dont want to do. Your family life goes out the window. You get punished for using your EARNED sick time.

Pros

5 years ago, and prior: Pretty good company. Now: Who let in Bank of America?!

Cons

5 years ago: Pay could be better, benefits could be better, but not a bad place to work. Now: What happened?! SSFCU is supposed to be NON PROFIT, but you sure could have fooled me. Go into any branch and pay attention to the rep trying to squeeze every once of sales opportunities from each and every single member. The member was so valued at one point. But despite the hoopla people are making about members are a priority, members needs are no longer first. Sales are first. They are disguising sales as service. But every can see through it, and more importantly, they can feel it! Ladies and gentlemen: I present to you Bank of America Jr. Congratulations on your newborn baby, lets hope it doesn't become the monster the parent was.
