Pros

The culture at SecurityScorecard is well developed and heavily supported by the executive team. It gives everyone a roadmap on how to succeed here and it empowers employees to know how to navigate and make business decisions.

Cons

The company has grown quickly and space is limited, but we are moving into a new office in Midtown in December

Pros

While some companies allow remote work, remote workers are an integral part of the Security Scorecard culture. For example, the conference rooms are all wired for teleconference. Slack, Zoom, and all other company services are remote worker friendly. The mission to create a new language for cyber-security is both lofty and important. Makes extra hours working on hard problems worthwhile.

Cons

Security Scorecard is a small company working on hard problems. As a result, we fail, restart and try again until we suceed. We must do this rapidly. If that frustrates you, join a big company with a mature product, or a government agency.
