I recently started working at SecurityScorecard and never have felt more welcome at a new job. Career advancement is available for people who are committed to the business, and the leadership will help with that. Amazing fast paced culture and atmosphere.

Cons

Definitely need more office space.

-Exciting Domain (Cyber Security) - Intelligent, Helpful, and Fun coworkers - Transparent management (weekly all-hands - ask anything) - Remote friendly - Great benefits (many medical choices to choose from, at a good price, unlimited PTO) - Fun office, if you do work in NYC (well stocked kitchen), fun activities

Cons

- This is a startup, you have to be ready to work hard (and play hard), and be ready for change. Things can shift at any moment - business requirements can change quickly and effect many people/teams. If you want to stay ahead of the competition, you have to play the game. If this isn't for you, stay away. If you like this sort of excitement and ownership, this could be the ride of your life!

For those who work in the office daily, the NYC commute can be painful.
