Serious issues with senior leadership

Pros

Some interesting technology, a few decent people, decent pay

Cons

Senior leadership is seemingly incapable of strategic thinking; the culture borders on abusive; job security is nonexistent; few business units have appropriate cybersecurity subject matter expertise (market-facing teams often seemed not to understand what they were trying to sell or promote).

Thank you for taking the time to share such candid feedback. We’re glad to hear you found the technology interesting and valued the compensation and the talented colleagues you worked with. Building a strong team is at the heart of what we do. We are deeply committed to evolving our culture to ensure every team member feels secure, valued, and empowered to do their best work. To ensure our market-facing teams have the subject matter expertise needed to support such innovations, our Head of L&D is currently rolling out new cybersecurity workshops and investing in AI-driven growth opportunities for our employees. We recognize that operating in a fast-moving industry can create pressure, but we are continuously investing in the systems and training necessary to help our teams succeed. Direct feedback - both positive and critical - is important as we continue to scale the company and strengthen how we operate. We appreciate you sharing your experience.
