Pros

- Since leaders are merely yes-men who lack technical expertise and achieved their positions through internal political lobbying, you have flexibility to create features or experiment with new technologies - While salaries aren't impressive, payments are always on time

Cons

- Never believe the OneScorecard propaganda. If your intention is to keep your job, try not to stand out - being above average is just as detrimental as being below average

Pros

Inclusivity was still a major theme and the benefits package was fantastic.

Cons

They seem to be bringing back a stack ranking culture constantly culling lower performing employess. It is also disturbing to see that they are recording record profits while cutting bonuses and constantly changing role responsibilities,l saw them remove serveral roles over the last 1 years and add their responsibilitise.into mine significantly changing what the job was and getting more sales focused without corresponding pay increases.

Pros

SSC allows new joiners to jump right in and contribute as early as possible. You are able to get exposed to alot of different parts of the business which I believe will help me further my career. There hasnt been any micromanagement or negative experiences with peers so far. Requires you to be a self starter and use your creativity to further define your role. Have had good opportunities to travel and meet others in the industry, which has already increased my network. Pay is great, great health insurance plan and work from home is a plus for me. Everyone I have interacted with is focused on getting stuff done, but also willing to collaborate and help if needed. SSC also is well known in the industry overall and is an established brand.

Cons

Fast paced environment/startup feel doesnt fit everyone. Insurance could be a little cheaper for families but the plan overall is great.
