Pros

Great company with a solid mission and culture. The work environment is positive, even being remote you get a sense of collaboration and belonging. The leadership is strong and pushes innovation, there's clear and open communication throughout all levels of the company. Career growth and work-life balance are very present as well.

Cons

Can't really think of any cons.

Pros

- pays decent - unlimited PTO - work with some good people

Cons

I have never been a part of a worse culture or seen a worse CEO than my experience at SecurityScorecard. The company is an absolute dumpster fire and all the positive reviews are being bribed to current employees. The leadership openly discusses their Glassdoor score in meetings and it has an impact on their hiring ability. Just know the positive reviews are fake. The CEO and leadership are the most toxic and incapable people I have ever been around. There is not one company in the country that would hire the CEO, but since he controls 3 of the 5 board seats, he is untouchable. He constantly changes strategy based on whatever book he is reading and there is no consistently because no one in Sr. Leadership can stay long enough to make any changes. The place is so bad that even went through a spell where prospective leadership candidates had to interview with a psychiatrist to see if they "could handle the environment." Have you ever heard of that in your life? That's how bad the place is. The product is constantly broken and they are churning customers hand over fist. The product is nothing but a commodity, and they do RIFs every quarter to make their Vodoo math work appear profitable or close to it. I have never worked at a place where I saw multiple people get physically sick from working at a company and I saw it multiple times here. STAY AWAY!
