this company moves fast, and is 100% bought in on embracing AI. Lots of positive changes happening, Everyone is expected to use AI to move better and faster, and it's working. Really interesting product and a really smart team.

Toxic leadership creates anxiety despite good colleagues

Constant anxiety about job security, CEO has no idea what he’s doing and has too big of an ego to step down, constant vision shifting, no accountability from the top, I could go on..

1) we finally have clear goals and leaders who want my success. How great is that! 2) we have several products that clients want 3) CRO and new team awesome - they are on road with me and my clients not sitting in ivory tower like my last company 4) the energy is off charts and I feel like I can win

Cons

1) not much as CRO and leaders over communicate what’s going on unlike last company 2) not sure if real con but we move FAST and this is not a “lifestyle job” as some call it.
