Superior Health Insurance (low cost) and Vacation/Sick Time Benefits

Rate of pay typically below market rates - sometimes far below. Many supervisors and managers (not all, but a lot) within Sedgwick County are inexperienced and lack the knowledge or backbone to provide effective guidance, leadership and fairness. But a lot of employees tolerate this and stick around just because of the benefits. This creates a negative work environment.
