Benefits, decent schedule, full-time, need more words, but there really are not many pros to this position with Comcare as a QMHP.

Cons

Paperwork, lack of training, large caseload, dirty offices, management is inconsistent, employees are unethical, expectations are high considering the lack of training and feasibility of completing things

EXCELLENT benefits including sick and vacation leave. I really enjoy the department I work in. My job is exciting and there is always something new to learn.

Cons

the pay is low and the organization is way too top heavy. Communication is very lacking. Lots of change but its hurry up and wait. Working for a government entity can be exhausting.
