      The pay is not as good as working for yourself or some other companies. The productivity standard can be a little too high at imes.

      Benefits, decent schedule, full-time, need more words, but there really are not many pros to this position with Comcare as a QMHP.

      Cons

      Paperwork, lack of training, large caseload, dirty offices, management is inconsistent, employees are unethical, expectations are high considering the lack of training and feasibility of completing things

      Pros

      There are several great employment opportunities in Sedgwick County. You can move between departments without losing your length of service status. There are several opportunities for promotion.

      Cons

      It is a government organization so salaries are not as good as private sector but I believe there is a bit more job security.
