Pros

Great PTO package. Nothing else

Cons

The pay does not match work load. It's impossible to use PTO as you'll spend the time after you take it working 60 hours a week. Team leads and operations management are rarely qualified.

Good schedule Quiet I am not putting more pros because there are no more Pros to working for Sedgwick

Cons

Forget about wanting to move up within the company the supervisors hold you back from applying to other positions within the company if they don’t want to replace you. If you have to travel they make you pay for everything and then you have to wait weeks to be reimbursed If you are an adjuster they put you on so many accounts you can not even keep up NO TRAINING... just figure it out! Benefits suck The whole caring thing is non existent
