Shifts and pay and the damn examiners NEVER answer the phones especially time Warner cable nor do they answer pilot line ughh!!!

Cons

Everything outside of the Pros...management is unhelpful, disrespectful, and condescending. The calls come in back to back, no bathroom breaks or breather in between calls, low salary, lack of advancement opportunities
