Great people, opportunities to work from home, and independent work environment.

Cons

No real HR person on sight. No room to move up if you're not meeting expectations. Education is no considered important in advancement opportunities. Managers have no idea the backgrounds of their employees. Some instances management may be inexperienced.

Pros

This is my first 'real' job out of college so I have a limited knowledge to compare it to. But the PTO seems rather generous. Quite casual dress at work.

Cons

The pay is not competitive which leads to this 'revolving door' of trained examiners leaving for better paying jobs within months of being hired, which leaves their accounts consistently handled by a team of half amateurs.
