      Pros

      Excellent Benefits with low cost healthcare options Flexible Scheduling with flextime system Generous PTO Competitive Pay even at entry level

      Cons

      Very little training or consistency among management. Expectations are constantly changing with no guidance. Very high unrealistic work load where no one can ever get caught up. Don't take vacation or you'll be behind for weeks!

      Pros

      Great benefits, fast-paced atmosphere, and the work day flies by; we never run out of work to do. The work schedule is your normal 8-4 hours. The office is set up like the show The Office.

      Cons

      We are underpaid for the amount of work we do. Depending on what account you work for, you may feel overworked and stressed out, constantly trying to play catch-up.
