Pros

PTO and flexible working hours. The benefits other than salary are great. PTO is probably the part of the benefits.

Cons

Compensation does not equal work load. The PTO is great but getting caught up after taking PTO takes the better part of a week.

Benefits are great. Starting salary is descent.

Cons

During interviews, managers and leads should inform potential employee about their training process, especially the tests that are given while going through and after training. I think there should be at least 8 weeks of training.
