      Pros

      Work 7.5 hour days. Flex Time. Option of working 4 day weeks if you're an Examiner or above. Good benefits, decent pay. The co-workers are all super nice. Growing company. #1 Third Party Administrator.

      High and unrealistic workload. Demands demand attention to detail that requires time that you just don't have at this job.

      None: literally none. There is nothing positive to say.

      Cons

      It sounds awesome; 37.5 hour work week; until you are slammed with 70 hours worth of work. The mentality is do what you have to get it done. It is a "Sweat shop." Steer clear or get out at the earliest opportunity.
