Pros

PTO is a fair amount .benefit package is reasonable .Company parties are usually at nice places.does have work from home opurtunities

Cons

Mangement is HORRIBLE!!!!! Team leads are not on same page. They are lazy they are allowed to lie on you.they hold you to a very high expectation but do not follow there own advise.Raises are pennies and they find all kinds of reasons not to give you one. They do not promote within so no matter how excellent of work you do if u dont apply u will be overlooked.HR is HORRIBLE..there is no communication at all new hires are clueless on process cause HR and Mangement wont tell ya nothing. They brag that there revenue are in the billion dollars but yet they over work u and under pay you. The caseloads are very high for one person.so if you want to be over worked under paid no breaks no reconition then this is your job.clamaints are rude a needy and sedgwick allows the client to run the show .so what they say goes.

Pros

Great team and peers. Manager is very good knows there stuff. Leadership is very involved from our Directora to our VP to even her manager. Very down to earth and really friendly leaders. Great PTO and good benefits. Growing company lots of nice people. Having been there a few years and having worked at numerous organizations realistically my experience has been very good. You get out of it what you put into it and if your doing your job versus other things you will be recognized and rewarded.

Cons

Client is tough and the vendor we work with seems to enjoy making our jobs difficult. Some of the colleagues (few and far between) and a supervisor are negative, complain about everything and are just difficult to be around. Wish our managers would take care of it. Although the Senior leader is very approachable and very nice he travels quite a bit so it's nice to see him interact with us (we just did a video where he danced and played along, good sport).

Pros

Long term contract/permanent work. Fairly simple since the nature of job is quite repetitive. Multiple location to choose and generous PTO. Want a stable, medium salary and decent place to work - this it.

Cons

Lots of repetitive work. Mostly old technology. Loads of work, insufficient time for indepth analysis, conflicting deadlines creates immense personal pressure over period of time.
