Pros

Sedgwick has great vacation time, a good work/life balance (at least compared to other places I've worked), and pretty decent office moral. Good mix of energetic and experienced people.

Cons

The raises are poor and there are no bonuses. They pay well to get you in but it's hard to get promoted or move up once you're here.

paid time off & health benefits. Do not expect to receive more than good benefits

Cons

Terrible training, poor career advancement opportunities and terrible workload. The pay is 15-20% below the industry average. Those that receive promotions are often not deserving. High turnover. It's a good 'ol boys club mentality. Do not expect to receive promotions or reasonable merit increases despite trying your hardest and fully meeting expectations.
