Pros

There are many pros when it comes to Sedgwick. The company plays fair and often promotes within which gives current employees a fair edge to move up in the company.

Cons

The cons would have to be it would be difficult to enter Sedgwick without knowing someone inside. Since the company likes to promote within, often there are few openings.

Pros

Sedgwick CMS is a great place with friendly people and many opportunities for growth. I was always treated with respect.

Cons

Sometimes the work is a little monotonous. If you are looking for a change every so often this might not be the place for you.

Pros

Great job. Especially for students who want a foot in the door somewhere.

Cons

In the call center there are two shifts. early (7am) or late (11am) which if you are on the late shift your whole day is gone.
