No support from managers for anything, from technical questions, to basic HR queries. No team building. No job satisfaction as the case loads (90+ without being in a surge!) is too high to deliver good outcomes. The role is a loss adjuster and you should have an adjusting executive to support you, but the adjusting executives do not have bonuses and they are not motivated. There is too much of an inconsistency with the executives and it is “luck of the draw” if you get a good one, motivated one, inexperienced one etc. No job progression opportunities. The team managers can be very unreliable
