Pros

PTO is ok. 20 hours per year to start, but actually getting it approved can be a hassle due to high employee turnover

Cons

Horrible leadership, team leads that are not trained or helpful. Heavy caseloads and the pay is not the best. Expected to work only 7.5 hours a day and get all work done. Insurance isn’t the best. If you need an ADA accommodation as a Sedgwick employee, be prepared to be put through the ringer.

Pros

Work from home option was nice

Cons

I would give less than one star if I could. Was pregnant. Mentioned it in every interview. Got shamed for going to doctors appointments. Was marked down for “points” which lead to termination. Was then sent an email saying if I got more points that I would be terminated. So much happened I could go on and on. They let me go and wrote that it was a voluntary resignation. I was always told how management doesn’t see you as an individual. So when I was told about my points and asked to explain to a head or lead of the company, I was told that they don’t care about your story or individuals so they won’t know or care about the situation. Shameful management, team leads etc.

Pros

The training was very comprehensive; if you did not understand something, the trainers were willing to work with you to ensure you understood. The company also gave employees a quarterly stipend to help cover internet service. You were also given a company computer for work.

Cons

I worked in their virtual call center. The phone calls were non stop; it was completely exhausting. My team leader was very rigid with the metrics, and was constantly instant messaging team members if they were on a call too long or aux time was high. There was also a help desk if you had questions about a call you just received, but you don't want to use the h/d too much as it is manned by team leads and they will advise your team leader if you call too much. At the h/d, you could tell the team leads really did not want to do that job and some had very bad attitudes.
