You are set up for failure before even being given your first claim. The work load is unbelievable, and the training is nonexistent. You’re given a week’s worth of online modules to complete before being slapped with 200 claims and expected to handle them immediately. You will never complete all of your assigned work, so there is little to no satisfaction. Don’t work here if you’re salaried because you’re expected to work 9-10 hour days in order to not drown in the amount of claims you’re given. It also feels like you have 10 different bosses since you handle claims for multiple clients. Very poor work-life balance, and the compensation doesn’t equal the workload.

My group was 2/3 bullies that were very insecure about having a new employee. They refused to train me, when they did they expected perfection from being told it once (there’s no standardized method, so this is used to bully), the equipment provided took several weeks of trying to get various IT people to fix. The worst most toxic work environment I’ve ever encountered. Stay away from this place!!
