      It's a salaried position that gives you bare minimum

      the raise is literally cents, the employees are underpaid and overworked, upper management will purposely hold you back from moving upwards. they will also tell you that you will have your interview but never schedule it and hire someone else. they do not value their employees hard work. there is no work life balance, the benefits are horrible as the deductible is extremely high so your out of pocket expense is through the roof.
