      It Was Just Okay For Me

      Pros

      Very generous PTO and I really liked my co-workers. Even though there was a lot of work, it was an easy job.

      Cons

      The cons are too many to name. Sedgwick, does not pay the industry standard....their pay is actually quite insulting. Also, they don't give good raises. The monthly audits (for the client that I worked for) were extremely hard to achieve. There are just so many other options besides working for this company.

      Pros

      The job its self is great. I very much enjoyed what I was doing.

      Cons

      The management is completely out of their minds. They are the reason why I left. Things changed every day and no one could give us an exact answer on how to properly handle claims. It is a VERY disorganized company and I completely blame management.
