Pros

401k benefits provided .. quite standard

Cons

Managers are in role with little to no training in management as well as an adjuster! Few minorities even when better qualified in position of power/even supervisory role. Good ole buddy system. You don’t need to know your job. You know need to be white and have a friend and/family to enter and advance. If you ever worked as an inside/remote IA… please note they will reduce your hourly saying CAT is over, but you are still working CAT claims!

Pros

company will cover to cost of you to sit insurance exams. Young colleagues and diverse.

Cons

You are just a number in the company. poor management and wages are very low even after fully completing all exams. Very unprofessional and managers will constantly lie and promise you things that aren’t going to happen. No company benefits, no health insurance, pensions, I had 22 annual leave days after 5 years in the company and was made redundant due to my job seizing with no notice. Managers will avoid putting things in writing to cover their own backs.
