Pros

Work life balance is good; PTO is pretty good, and they encourage people to take the PTO. 401k is not good. very bad compared to other companies. Direct managers are good

Cons

-ActivTrak software monitoring tool that only monitors the work computer. -No amount of work within this job position can fill a 7-hour workday every day 5 days a week as this is not the nature of the job (You can have a busy week one week and an extremely slow week the next week or might have a day where almost nobody sets up meetings like Friday's thus is a slow day, or you could just finish your work too efficiently & fast (Which will show idle time)). -Management keep mentioning that ActivTrak is showing Idle time & it showing it is not allowed (Thus indirectly pushing employees to try to trick the system if management hasn't given them enough (Subject to each person's capacity) projects to fill their time). - it was clarified at the beginning that ActivTrak will be used as a tool to fire/layoff employees over time. (probably was not the original intention of the one who implemented it)

Pros

Competitive PTO starting at around 155 hours in the first year, which grows the longer you are there. Decent 401k match and health benefit plans.

Cons

Typical corporation with scarce resources and low budgets. Overwork with high caseloads and unspoken expectation to work beyond business hours.
