Pros

PTO & PAY My Supervisor worked with me my NEWEST supercisor didnt which I knew she wasn’t because I worked out of Southfield she worked with Orlando she didn’t know me like how my previous supervisor knew me.

Cons

Not much room for elevation. QA scores vary from different QA Members who grade differently which will effect your pay at the beginning of the new year for a raise Tried to fire me as I was about to go on maternity leave I had to leave early on depression just to keep my job.

*Little to no training by mgr or peers using client's designated program. You're on your own to research. *High turnover, very low morale, *mgr not helpful, did not familiarize herself with different functions of program *underpaid/ overloaded with reassigned claims that had sat for substantial amts of time with no activity
