Pros
In my almost twenty years with Sedgwick, throughout my various roles, I have enjoyed flexibility to balance work and life. My senior management recognizes my capabilities and trusts me to get the assignment done to meet the needs of the client, internal or external, without micromanaging. Since the pandemic, I have worked remotely and it still remains true.
Cons
Working remotely initially provided challenges because of the lack of daily interaction with other people. However, I have adjusted to the agile workplace.
