Pros

none. there are no pros.

Cons

our "management" micro-managed our team into uselessness, ignored issues with business partners that were harming our productivity. then canceled the project and fired the whole team with no notice or warning.

Pros

Great people! Love the culture. Many IT outings to try and keep the IT colleagues together and you can meet everyone.

Cons

Little or no training. Low pay for working in a language that is not widely used. If you are a young developer and you work with progress coding it's difficult to find a job after that's all you learn to code in.
