Great and Terrible Company.

Pros

The people there were mostly good. Overall good atmosphere to work.

Cons

Room worked in was converted meeting room. Got unbelivebly hot, to point of heat exhaustion and physical illness from me repeatedly. (Heavyset bloke). Got told could not use fan because safety issue. Got put on medical leave right after being told it was not a safety issue for the fan, but a body odor problem. Would have been fixable, but had shattered my faith in the company. Would not reccomend working.

Pros

Good opportunities for development. Lot's of good people. Get to work with fun technology. Technology works. You do have to create and take your own opportunities though.

Cons

Not as innovative as it appears from the outside. Becoming a bit bureaucratic which makes it challenging to do quick business. Struggles to be commercially focused rather than engineering lead. Let a lot of good people go throughout the years.
