      Every nook and corner of the company is filled with politics.HR policies are worst and it's a place filled with gossip mongers. If you are ready for all this, choose this company and also this place is not for the hard working employees.People who are ready to dance to the tunes of top management without any self respect, work place ethics and humanity can join the company

      Pros

      Once you're a regular employee, you will never be fired. Very good job security. Lots of vacation. People are very nice.

      Cons

      Job security for everyone means man people are not very ambitious. It's not a place to be if you want to be on the edge.

      - Flexitime. - Office is conviniently located. Centric location. - Easy-going environment. - Stable, secure job.

      Cons

      - Almost no benefits whatsoever: No employee training, lack of home-office and so on. - No career opportunities. Extremely rare to get a promotion. - Boring and repetitive projects. - Limited (and mostly old) technologies.
