      Everyone here is encouraged to grow and take part of the business process including the decision-making process as part of the "local Tallent dress" managerial regeneration project.

      Technology Overseas Training & Activities Other that the small circle of friends that I kept, there isn't any other good thing with this company during the time I spent there.

      Poor career growth/path/development No recognition of achievements Salary & Benefits is not at par or competitive with industry Salary growth was very, very stagnant and was compensated instead with "profit-sharing" or "quarterly incentive" schemes.
