Pros

The colleagues and managers are nice.

Cons

As a branch of Epson, the company is lack of power to make decision and impact to the final product. People here have lots of amazing ideas and brilliant thoughts, but none of those ideas was accepted by Japan.

Pros

Free transportation, subsidised meals, suitable for those looking for retirement job

Cons

Highly political environment, vague and dated job titles, low pay, staff performance evaluation unfair and subjective, management bias in allocation of work and growth opportunity, nationality and language discrimination, unskilled supervisors or superiors that do not provide required guidance in work, no proper accreditation of staff work by supervisors or superiors who often take credit for staff work, job hierarchy not strictly adhered to (e.g AM can unofficially have more power and authority than a manager or Management seek advice from AM instead of M), power tripping from those in the good book of the Management
