Super manual processes which do not serve any purpose, eg sales have to type out quotation manually, salary is owed to departing employees, a layer of useless Directors, meeting deadlines is the only thing that matters regardless of quality. Office space is atrocious, with falling ceilings, SME and dated looking pantries, toilets and cubicles, employees’ chatter can be heard along the corridors like a fish market. In my opinion, this is a rural Japanese company in a sunset industry, with rural mentality, trying in vain to play catch up with its competitors. No future. Only retards with no skills to survive outside will remain in this company.

Malaysians all hold higher position than the few singaporeans here.Due to max count of management staff and unable.to promote degree holders, Demote local executive(which is unacceptable) by giving excuses that there is no one under them. Double promote the foreigners they want(1st in my 10 plus years here) Speaks Cantonese and does not care if locals does not understand (mode of communication should be either chinese/English). Doesn't keep promise - mentioned that they promote based on merits and contributions but foreign staff that joins the company and took 2 mes maternity with a year half n the company can still be promoted No rank hierarchy and favourism - new comer that rejoin company and have the same title as me can self.proclaim as future superior of mine and (under table promise by the management staff) Even asst manager have higher authority than my manager and can scold another asst manager of.the same department like she is a manager. It is obvious who will be promoted due to managment will keep sending them for training and courses Staffs have no courtesy..-- We are sharing phone line and superior always like to listen in to.the conversation by picking up their handset and interrupt your conversation Doesn't even have SAP or useful ERp which greatly affects your chance of job skipping to another planner job Depending on the boss, you can have a good life such as go to lunch by 11.30am although your division lunch time Is 12pm.You can see them sleeping or playing games at 12.40pm when u come down from lunch for my department We can.only leave the office by the 2nd bell at 4.45pm while other department can wait at AmAno area waiting to scan out.BIg Disadvantage if you are taking certain company transport such as to woodland or town
