      The people are nice and the work is easy.

      Cons

      Low pay. Non-motivated employees. If you like to do the same thing over and over again this is the place for you. No forward thinking. As a matter of fact, if you think it will get you into trouble. Need to be able to follow, not question, and say "yes sir" all day long. If you have a brain, this is not the place for you.

      It's a global company. It was interesting to work with people from different countries.

      Cons

      It seems that they do not offer training to develope your skills that much. Japanese business culture dominates over American business culture.
