Pros
package is good, benefits are good. Covid19 measures are nicely implemented, have to praise them for this
Cons
some senior management is extremely bias and like to play politics. if you are in good books, you get easy life at work. otherwise be prepared to be deal with all sorts of rubbish by "senior" management and her/their pet(s). if you joining, do everything in black and white if not you will get flipped here there left right so that some people can protect their "loved" ones.
