      Small office & opportunity to grow professionally with limited management oversight, opportunity for those who are self driven to excel and thrive

      Cons

      No stock options, limited opportunity for growth due to flat organization, no onsite Cafe or catered food, closest restaurants are a drive away. Location on the boarder to the seedy & sketchy side of industrial San Jose.

      Great teamwork, very organized and disciplined. Epson El Paso truly understood the value of it's employees.

      Pros

      Great company, would gladly work there again. Always busy working on new projects . Efficiency a must, caring environment from employees. Yearly bonuses and raises.

      Cons

      Department managers are great at delegating, they should get more involved with everyday tasks or at least know what they are supervising Indians know more than the chiefs.. Low turn over rate because its that good, no promotions because no one wants to leave at the top.
