      Canteen food is cheap, environment is spacious and clean

      Japanese working culture of arriving work on time else salary will be deducted, location is very isolated with only a few buses

      For fresh graduates, this is perfect if you're trying to pursue a career in a manufacturing environment. Lot of useful skills and knowledge can be learn. Challenges are everywhere. Training and seminars were great as well as the compensation package such as medical, shuttle service and bonuses.

      Cons

      Salary increase is almost impossible during my time. Considering the work load that are assigned to you.
