Many activities that supports life outside works, such as aerobics, yoga, fitness and gym, aikido, table tennis, basketball, football, all can participate for little fee or even free. There are also organizations that supports hiking, traveling, biking, trailing, and other hobbies. Works cannot be brought outside the company, which can make us really separate our work life and family life. If you are looking for experiences, technical things to learn, communication skill trainings, here is the place.
Cons
Diploma and bachelor get a similar wage (feels that bachelor's degree is not very appreciated here), and operators (high-school/vocational school graduates) can also get higher wage that someone with bachelor's degree (monthly).
