Pros

Robert and Rocco Ortenzio are solid leaders who embrace the mission/values of servant leadership and treating others as they would want to be treated. Regional team very knowledgeable and supportive. CEO very knowledgeable in the business of Rehab. Proud to have been associated with Select Medical

Cons

Unfortunately not all leadership team members at the hospital level embrace the mission/values. These individuals can talk the mission/values but do not exhibit them when out of the spotlight. One member and slow down or prevent the increased quality of excellence that could be obtained for the patients and the employees.
