Great culture but limited pay and upward mobility

Pros

Great Culture, great job working with Disney CMs, decent cost for benefits, good PTO, very easy job for young folks looking to get their foot in the door at either medical field or even Disney.

Cons

Not great pay for someone with a Bachelor's degree, not a lot of upward mobility, and even when you move up the pay doesn't scale well going up.

Pros

Bosses were interactive and understanding, pay was solid for a role that only required a B.S. Everyone is very friendly and I enjoy that the job is different every day

Cons

Upper leadership is disorganized and disorienting. We work third party for a business, and that business does not take our facilities or capabilites into consideration when applying new techniques or rules
