Pros
There were some good people who worked there.
Cons
They train for 90 days after that you are on your own. My Director expected me to know all the ins and outs of all aspects of the role. There were several systems I did know existed until almost 10 months into the role. The director would show me something once then the expectation was this is now your responsibility but they never explicitly said that. The director did not double check/check in with me at all. I could go an entire week without speaking to them.
