      I’ve worked with Select Medical for 9 years. Great company that cares about their employees. Company is focused on quality care and patient outcomes.

      Cons

      Pay scale is on the lower end, 401k matching is low at 6%, upper corporate leaders doing a lot of micromanaging and removing personalization from individual hospitals.
