      Pros

      Great team /peers. Everyone genuinely wanting to help. Was able to successfully network for my current position Director was very good but she was out numbered and will more than likely be a casualty soon.

      Cons

      Too many to mention. Blame Game. CEOs are truly the worst in the industry. Patient care is literally dangerous. Patients are the real tragedy here. Patients actually stating they would rather die than return. I was concerned about my professional future to continue with my employment here.

      Pros

      Great learning experience. Learned a lot while working there and enjoyed my coworkers. Great learning experience for new graduates. Nice

      Cons

      Short staffed often which caused the loss of many good staff members. Critical patients more often accepted that was beyond the fitting criteria for set standards established by company.
