      Lots of fringe benefits; good people to work with; interesting work given the number of clients; good local management team

      Cons

      Relatively low pay for high skill positions, teams do not work well together, employees rarely take responsibility for their own actions or mistakes, insurance costs way too high (including deductibles)

      high pay, flexible schedule, nice people.

      Cons

      The company runs lean, meaning one person may have 3-4 jobs making it difficult to excel in the one job you was hired to do. Due to this environment being a step down from the ICU for most patients nurses are overloaded with patients (5-6 is the norm).
