Pros

Patients are sweet, good coworkers, continuing education benefits, many locations

Cons

Terrible management (manager have no idea what they are doing) they are also unethical, sketchy and bullies. They will literally micromanage your schedule and don’t mind overworking you but get upset if you have a cancel. Management didnt want to give therapist lunchs or pay for the extra work you do on weekends (especially hourly workers). They will suck you dry Low pay for the amount of work you do- no tech help mostly because they are cheap, expect to be doubled but God forbid you have one cancel. Toxic work cultures at times- mostly due to the toxicity of management. Terrible work flexibility DO NOT CARE ABOUT WORK LIFE BALANCE- expect to be worked like a dog with no benefits/raises/or bonuses. Unethical- money driven company

Pros

There are none. This is a terrible company with terrible values. They're a for-profit healthcare company, that should tell you everything.

Cons

I worked for one of their recently acquired subsidiaries. It was disastrous, to say the least. Mismanaged beyond belief, goals that were essentially impossible to attain and lack of empathy on the company's part. The company's culture is garbage and they will work you to the bone. You will give and give and give to this company and they will simply chew you up and spit you out. You're nothing but a number to them and they feel they can fill your position with someone else if you don't want to play their game. I actually left on good terms, surprisingly. It was a terrible job that wasn't worth the stress and the pay is pitiful. Their expectations are ridiculous and unsustainable. There's a high turnover, yet, they expect quality of care to remain high. That's not possible and they should be ashamed of operating the way that they do. They're lining their own pockets and allowing their front-line staff and clients/patients to suffer in the process.
